The problem

PLACEHOLDER — two paragraphs on the brief. Condominium fees are reconciled by hand, in spreadsheets, by people who are not accountants, and the ledger only exists in one person's laptop.

PLACEHOLDER — this is the part of accounting I know from the inside, from interning in condominium accounting in Brasília: reconciling fees and organising the books for buildings across the city.
